Who we are

This website is operated by KRITEK, s.r.o., Čejkovy 23, 342 01 Hrádek, Czech Republic, IČO 29108071 (“PORTALiamo”, “we”), data controller for the data collected on portaliamo.eu.

What data we collect and why

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, organisation, project type and message. We use them solely to reply to your request. Legal basis: your explicit consent at submission.
• Navigation data: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used (see the cookie policy). Without consent no analytics cookies are activated.
• Minimal technical logs: the server may record technical requests (IP address, time) for security and abuse prevention, under the hosting terms.

How long we keep data

Contact form data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and then deleted. Analytics data, if active, follows Google Analytics 4 settings.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your data. We share it only with providers strictly necessary to run the site (hosting, email service) and where required by law.

Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure or objection to the processing of your data, as well as portability, by writing to portaliamo@kritek.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (Czech Personal Data Protection Office, uoou.cz).

We adopt adequate technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted connections, restricted access and periodic reviews.
